Flyleaf Books, Chapel Hill
With a week left to submit to the 2023 contest, come hear 3 writers whose stories have been accepted for publication in NCLR from past contests.
Theresa Blackinton will read from her 2022 second place story, published in the 2023 print issue, just out this past summer. Heather Bell Adams will read from her 2021 Prize story, published in the 2022 print issue. And Emily Alice Katz will read from a finalist story, forthcoming in NCLR Online Fall 2023.
We’ll bring issues featuring our readers to give away to anyone in our audience who purchases books at Flyleaf that night (while supplies last).
